Let it be known to all. The Harbor Point board of directors want a point clarified. As Elected board members who are representatives of this community and entrusted with certain operations and representation DO NOT support the mocking or disrespect of any UNITED STATES MILITARY MEMBER active or inactive retired or disabled living or dead. Nor do we support any type of those behaviors toward any appointed or elected law personnel, emergency service provider, fire fighter, judge, commissioner, volunteer, comity or individual person period. We know who all three of these individuals are and we make no apologies for them. We do however apologize for the platform they were given to spread such heinous and disgusting behavior. Questions of perceived irregularities have a way of being addressed. I am writing this post knowing the same will have negative comments and certain resistance but that's part of standing up against adversity. I am being made aware of how a certain incident has truly affected some military personnel and especially aware of how it has affected their families. For that I am truly saddened. You are justified in your feelings and some of you expressed how you would have liked a rebuttal but were to angry and in shock to do so. I hear you, the board hears you and your friends and neighbors hear you. We certainly share your shock and anger but know the opinion of that particular bad behavior is not shared by the vast majority nor any reasonable human being. May our Father guide our path even through adversity in Jesus Christ's Holy name.
