Community Events

CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK

The HPOA will be begin decorating the HPOA park for 2025 Christmas on 10/11/25 at 2:00pm. If anyone would like to donate decorations. led lights, volunteer time to decorate or just stop to give encouragment your welcome. You can add your personal Christmas display beginning 10/15/25. Come and join in and let's celebrate the birth of Christ together!

 

Throughout the year, we organize various community events such as holiday celebrations, block parties, and neighborhood clean-ups. These events help foster a sense of community and belonging among residents.

Board Meetings

Our Board Meetings are where important decisions regarding the neighborhood are made. Owners are welcome to attend to learn more about the governance of the association and provide input on key matters.

The Monthly Board Meetings are held the 1st Sunday of each month in the association office at 2:00pm. Schedule is subject to change.

2025 Annual Meeting - July 12, 2025 Results

Thank you all who took part, sent ballots and attended this year’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Harbor Point Owners Association.

The ballot counts for the two open board positions were counted as follows.

June Cartwright 59 votes

Molina Welborn 55 votes

Sara Lillestol 21 votes

Jeff Templeton 14 votes

Proposal #1 for a one time $200.00 Special Assessment to the HPOA for a road fee to be applied to road patches and repairs with the agreement that if  an owner supplies a receipt of $200.00 in materials and shows it’s been used on the HPOA road (no labor will be reimbursed nor counted towards the $200.00, only materials) that will constitute payment of the fee. The HPOA will make manned equipment available to those who require its use. -  passed 44 yes / 32 no

Proposal #2 to index the amendments and streamline the document for easier reading and understanding. - passed 60 yes / 17 no
